How is the caregiver paid?
The caregiver is a company employee and is paid by Central Penn Nursing Care. We cover all insurance and social security for the caregiver. This allows our clients to have only one bill with which to be concerned.
How do you select the caregiver you send to provide care?
CPNC carefully screens all caregivers and strives to match the requirements of the client with each employee. We take into consideration distances, personalities, skills and needs.
What can I do if I don't feel a satisfactory level of comfort with the caregiver you select?
We try to meet the needs and requirements of all our clients. If you don't feel comfortable with your caregiver, we will find a replacement with whom you are satisfied. Our goal is to not only meet but to exceed our client's expectations.
What can I expect my caregiver to do for me?
Our Nursing Supervisor will meet with you and/or your family to discuss your needs and will develop a Care Plan that will meet these needs. You can expect your caregiver to follow the Care Plan.
Suppose I have questions before or after business hours?
We have a Nursing Supervisor and Scheduling Coordinator available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have in case of an emergency.
What if I change the hours or days of service?
We work with your schedule to accommodate your requests.
Does the agency accept insurance payments?
We accept assignments of benefits and will directly bill the insurance company for you.
