Our caregivers are responsible, dedicated and committed individuals who have been carefully interviewed and screened prior to employment. A personal interview is conducted, a criminal history is completed with the state of PA, references are thoroughly checked, and a written test is given to ensure that all employees have the skills and abilities necessary for the job. In addition, CPNC carries liability, malpractice and theft insurance affording our clients even more protection.
RNs and LPNs
• Administer medications, trach care, gastric tube feedings, catheterization, and other skilled care.
• Provide for patient assessment and treatments as ordered by the client's attending physician.
• Communicate client changes to appropriate medical personnel, ensuring that needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
CERTIFIED NURSE AIDES (CNAs) and PERSONAL CARE AIDES (PCAs)
• Provide personal care.
• Assist with all bathing, ambulation, transferring and feeding
• Prescribed exercise assistance.
• Offer support and encouragement.
• Assist with medication reminders.
COMPANIONS and HOMEMAKERS
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Help with meal preparation.
• Provide shopping.
• Help with laundry.
• Transportation and shopping services.
SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING
• Central Penn Nursing Care provides CNAs, LPNs and RNs as supplemental staffing to extended care facilities, hospitals, industries and doctors' offices throughout Lancaster County.
