RN Supervisors:
- Assess all in-home cases to help determine the client's needs and desired shifts to be scheduled.
- Work with the client and the family to develop a plan of care to meet individual needs.
- Are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, giving support and answering questions for clients and caregivers.
- Visit each client on a regular basis providing employee supervision and early intervention on solving problems.
Scheduling Coordinators:
- Work with the family on an on-going basis ensuring appropriate personnel are assigned to each client.
- Act as a liaison between caregivers and families.
- Accept family's direction for increasing or decreasing scheduled hours.
Accounts Manager:
- Ensures that employees are paid on a weekly basis.
- Deals with all necessary taxes and withholding needs required by the government.
- Verifies and bills client's insurance company, generating weekly bills, apply payment.
Human Resource Manager:
- Interviews and drug screens all employees.
- Conducts criminal background checks and reference checks.
- Provides training, guidance and counseling for all employees.
