RN Supervisors:

  • Assess all in-home cases to help determine the client's needs and desired shifts to be scheduled.
  • Work with the client and the family to develop a plan of care to meet individual needs.
  • Are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, giving support and answering questions for clients and caregivers.
  • Visit each client on a regular basis providing employee supervision and early intervention on solving problems.

Scheduling Coordinators:

  • Work with the family on an on-going basis ensuring appropriate personnel are assigned to each client.
  • Act as a liaison between caregivers and families.
  • Accept family's direction for increasing or decreasing scheduled hours.

Accounts Manager:

  • Ensures that employees are paid on a weekly basis.
  • Deals with all necessary taxes and withholding needs required by the government.
  • Verifies and bills client's insurance company, generating weekly bills, apply payment.

Human Resource Manager:

  • Interviews and drug screens all employees.
  • Conducts criminal background checks and reference checks.
  • Provides training, guidance and counseling for all employees.
