I know I have done blog posts on this before, but it continues to be something near and dear to our hearts here at CPNC. Many of our client’s suffer from Alzheimer’s and it can make each day challenging. If you are a caregiver or family member caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, know you are not alone out there. There are so many resources right at our fingertips.
We just had another training course here for our caregivers and it went extremely well. It’s nice to see how engaged they were and how they participated the entire time. It will help them learn how to help people with this horrible disease. We know how frustrating it can be for the caregivers, and we want to give them the proper tools and make them feel confident before going out into the field.
If you are struggling out there and need some help, CPNC has trained caregivers who can assist in the care of your loved one. Other resources include support groups and online resources.
