We know you have received the skills training a certificate provides, but at Central Penn Nursing Care you would have the opportunity to focus your assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation on one client at a time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our Certified Nurse Aides are responsible for assisting clients with the activities of daily living as outlined in a written Care Plan that is established by a Nursing Supervisor. The Certified Nurse Aide's job performance is monitored and supervised by Licensed Personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and in a courteous manner with CPNC staff and clients
